Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. · Plan and coordinate company events, team offsites, and other gatherings. · Organise events, network dinners, conferences and celebrations, handling all matters of event management, booking and reservations, and guest lists.
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. · Compile documents for travel-related meetings. · Handle travel arrangements, including flight tickets, transportation, accommodation, and visa assistance.
Manage the CPO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. · Effectively manage the calendar to avoid time conflicts (business and personal appointments). · Provide reminders for upcoming meetings/appointments and a daily summary. · Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. · Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. · Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the CPO.
Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications. · Ensuring timely responses and appropriate action. · Serve as a liaison between the CPO and internal/external stakeholders. · Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication. · Monitor and respond to emails, inquiries, and requests on behalf of executives. · Assist in project coordination, research, and data analysis as needed.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and reports upon request. · Conduct research and gather information on various topics. · Maintain and update confidential files, records, and databases. · Organize and prepare materials with the HR Team for presentations, meetings, and conferences.
