What You Bring

-Proven ability to manage incident reporting, investigations, and compliance audits -Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and ICAM Lead Investigator qualifications (both desirable) -A minimum WHS Diploma (Adv. Diploma/Degree in WHS or similar dicipline desirable) -Excellent communication, coaching and contractor management skills -Demonstrated experience in operational or safety roles within realated fields such as Heavy Industry, Utilities and Infrastructure, Mining (Water Utilities or Civil Construction desirable) -Strong working knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment Management systems and comporary health and safety best practice -Collaborative team player with demonstrated capability to lead a team.
