

Provides integrated design, engineering, construction, and consulting solutions across multiple sectors.
In this role you will assist new and existing clients with their capital project needs, generate new business, support existing clients, and advance the business development process. You will also actively participate in planning and executing company marketing activities, providing vital input based on interactions with prospects.
The position focuses on driving national growth opportunities in the Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Consumer Products markets while maintaining regular communication with regional leadership, business development teams, and project managers. It involves researching target companies, qualifying prospects, delivering marketing materials, arranging sales calls, preparing qualification statements, and representing Haskell at industry events.
A minimum of a four‑year college degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least ten years of experience in engineering, construction marketing, or a related field.
Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience selling engineering services to private‑sector food & beverage or CPG manufacturing clients, strong communication, organization, and follow‑up abilities, excellent sales and customer relationship skills, and the capacity to embody the company values of Team, Excellence, Service, and Trust.
The role requires ordinary ambulatory skills for site visits, the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift light to medium weights (10–50 lb), as well as good hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, and visual acuity for keyboard use and equipment operation.
