Largest Community Project
Engineered the $80 million River Ranch community, showcasing expertise in large-scale master-planned developments.
Founded in 1976 in Texas, the firm has grown from a local engineering office into a nationally ranked Top-500 design powerhouse.
Privately held and built on its name’s meaning—‘essence’—the company has gradually expanded both service lines and geographic reach.
It operates 12 offices across Texas and Florida, offering full-service civil, structural, electrical, environmental engineering, planning, surveying, and construction support.
Typical projects span master-planned communities, wastewater treatment plants, flood-reduction works, roadway networks, and municipal infrastructure.
Known for tightly integrated in-house teams, they manage everything from feasibility to permitting to construction oversight.
Stand-out fact: they engineered Texas’s largest crystal lagoon at Lago Mar and are trusted by clients like Amazon, HEB, and regional utilities.
