In this role you will serve as the functional owner of the ADP Workforce Now system, configuring it accurately, ensuring reliable operation, and delivering data that supports compliance and decision‑making. You will work closely with HR, payroll, benefits, finance, IT, franchise HR contacts, and ADP resources.
- Configure and maintain HRIS workflows, approvals, security, access, and self‑service features.
- Support core HR modules such as employee data, onboarding, time off, time‑and‑attendance, payroll, benefits, performance, and reporting.
- Manage HR system integrations and data feeds, including setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee third‑party vendors for HRIS configuration and enhancements to ensure compliance.
- Translate business requirements into effective HRIS configurations and system solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues, conduct testing, validation, documentation, and deploy changes.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards with accurate, consistent data.
- Participate in projects, acquisitions, integrations, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on HRIS experience, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to translate business and compliance needs into system solutions while driving continuous improvement across the HR technology landscape.
- Own ADP Workforce Now as primary HR functional owner, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 + years of HR experience (HR Generalist, HR Operations, etc.).
- Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst configuring workflows, approvals, HR processes, and resolving integration issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to translate business requirements into HRIS configurations and solutions.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Preferred: experience supporting ADP Workforce Now in production.
- Preferred: experience with multi‑entity/multi‑location organizations in the US and Canada.
- Preferred: functional knowledge of payroll, time‑and‑attendance, time‑off, and benefits module configuration.
- Preferred: project management experience, including stakeholder partnership and change management.
- Preferred: experience supporting acquisitions, divestitures, or system implementations.
