The Senior Civil Engineer role will design and deliver civil works for projects such as data centres, offices, education, hospitality and mixed‑use developments, working from concept through to detailed plans and specifications while supporting project managers.

The ideal candidate is personable, self‑starting, collaborative, able to maintain strong relationships with teams and clients, handle pressure, manage varied workloads and meet tight deadlines.

Own civil engineering design for drainage, earthworks, utilities, and related works.
Hold Chartered or Incorporated Civil Engineer status (IEng/CEng MICE) with data‑centre design experience.
Demonstrate a proactive, innovative, and sustainability‑focused mindset.
Minimum five years of civil design and project delivery experience; BEng/MSc or equivalent in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Proficient in Civil 3D, Micro Drainage, AutoCAD and other civil software (MicroStation, InRoads, MS Office).
Strong communication, leadership, and client‑facing abilities.
Experience in project engineering and project management.
