As a Front of House Ambassador, you will represent ISS as the face of the building, delivering 5-star customer service, supporting daily operations, and ensuring all visitors and employees experience a seamless, curated service from the moment they arrive.
Working closely with the Workplace Team, you will support reception services, meeting room management, event delivery, security awareness, and customer enquiries—always with professionalism, accuracy, and warmth.

- Deliver a world-class welcome and personalised service to clients, colleagues, and visitors.
- Serve as Fire Warden for the reception area and guide clients during evacuations.
- Support meeting room bookings, ensure requirements are met, and liaise with relevant teams to maintain service standards.
- Assist with events and provide on-site support, including out-of-hours when required.
- Conduct site audits and seek opportunities to improve the workplace experience.
- Raise and close helpdesk tasks related to Front of House operations.
- Provide Condeco training and assistance to new users.
- Manage reception duties including calls, enquiries, visitor check-in, printing badges, and managing temporary passes.
- Remain security-minded and report any suspicious behaviour or packages promptly.
- Act as a point of contact for general enquiries, taxi bookings, client requests, and visitor support.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional reception environment, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety guidelines.

- Proficient with MS Office and workplace systems.
