Drive the rollout of the standard Automotive technology stack across all existing businesses as a strategic enabler of operational efficiency.
Ensure new business cases and expansion plans include complete technology rollout plans integrated into business plans and budgets.
Collaborate with Brand Managing Directors, Business Development teams, and GTDP delivery to ensure secure and compliant technology enablement.
Act as the primary technology interface for business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the target technology landscape.
Provide end-to-end accountability for technology rollout across all functions for establishing new dealerships, brands, and markets.
The Technology Integration & Business Enablement Lead is responsible for leading the technology enablement of new business developments and market expansions within Al-Futtaim Automotive. This role ensures all new dealerships, brands, or acquisitions are supported by robust technology foundations aligning with business objectives and GTDP's target architecture. The role requires a strategic focus on standardization and scalability across the organization, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with security standards.
Propose and establish new procedures for cross-functional coordination to ensure repeatable and efficient delivery.

Proven track record in leading technology enablement for business or market expansions, ideally within the Automotive sector.

In-depth knowledge of Automotive Retail and Distribution operations, including dealership processes.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Systems.
Experience in project and portfolio management across multiple technology domains, including ERP, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, aligning diverse technical and business teams.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior business and IT leadership.
8-12 years of experience in IT delivery, business technology integration, or enterprise transformation within large, multi-brand organizations.
