Tracks, manages, and improves plant performance using KPIs in conjunction with Site Leader
Review KPI trends and other financial data to identify and address variances or deviations.
Leads periodic all-hands meetings to share direction/updates. Establishes cadence for other departmental, project, and subject-specific meetings as necessary.
Develops human resources policies and programs and directs the staff in managing and implementing programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives.
Ensures that all functions under supervision operate following health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of staff and visitors.
Evaluates, selects, and manages relationships with vendors to provide supplemental HR processes and services.
Assesses performance based on objectives/KPIs and identifies development needs.
Maintains employee records of pay, benefits, accidents, performance, and other activities and files reporting required to comply with labor laws and regulations.
Provides direction and sets expectations for the team. Provides support and training necessary to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.
Manages, coaches, and develops a high-performing team that embraces change in search of best practices and improved service levels.
Works collaboratively with other departments to improve efficiency and maximize performance.
Leads continuous improvement process across all departments/disciplines to improve safety, service, quality, or productivity and employee engagement.
Achieves or exceeds the expected performance levels in the areas of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
Identifies savings opportunities and reduces waste or unnecessary steps.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with peers and leverages talent across the organization.
Develops, facilitates, administers human resources policies and programs and directs the staff in managing and implementing programs that support employee engagement, productivity, and company objectives.
Develops and refines leaders on interviews, hires, and trains employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business (Human Resources) – Preferred
Knowledge of lean techniques may be advantageous.
Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills.
Proven management skills with the ability to optimize team performance.
