Review and provide weekly shipping status reports to customers and Account Managers communicating critical shipping information.
Create and provide all applicable reports for assigned jobs to the appropriate Account Managers and customers.
Collaborate with Product Management, Pricing, Quotation, Delivery and Warehousing teams to develop and maintain relationships that will allow for a better customer experience.
Enter and manage assigned jobs within Job Management, Solar, vendor portals and all applicable systems.
Collaborate with Account Managers and external rep teams to meet and provide solutions to customer needs.
Monitor and utilize systems to initiate the appropriate methods and documentation needed to launch the assigned projects by preparing and sending pre-order entry submittals.
Collaborate with peers and leadership to ensure best practices are being utilized to allow for the highest level of customer experience.
