Processing of induction bookings across the project, utilising Msite database for Competency vetting and liaising with supplychain administators
Assist with document control, record keeping and archiving
Co-ordinate meetings, arranging rooms, inviting guests, taking minutes, collating meeting packs etc.
Categorise HSW observations and provide trending analysis on a monthly basis. Assisting the project team to close out observation effectively
Support the Head of HSW in ensuring accurate HSW performance monitoring.
Administer the Highways Passport or similar scheme for project staff
Assist with the creation and distribution of Health, Safety and Wellbeing Campaign material and creating/updating noticeboards as required
Provide technical administration support and co-ordination for the HSW team within respective areas
Develop and distribute reports and analysis as requested.
Upload incident information to the required databases in a timely and accurate manner
Proactively identify trends within the datasets to enable focus into areas requiring improvement.
Serve as the focal point and ensure timely resolution of all queries and issues raised.
