Managing promotional programs like SPIFFs, short term promotions etc.
Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across the sales organization. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and track performance metrics. Develop and manage integrated, analytical approach to global sales effectiveness by leading sales efficiency and effectiveness of the CRM process to ensure sales execution, funnel management, and achievement of growth objectives.
