Must collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address machine performance-related issues.
Practice and support Rheem values with internal as well as external customers.
Own the technical performance and flow stability of the assigned area.
Maintain an organized work area using 5S and (RPS) Rheem Production System principles.
Use MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to ensure accurate part tracking, production reporting, and data collection. (preferred)
Must identify and recommend process improvements that enhance machine stability and product flow.
Observe all departmental safety requirements.

Able to demonstrate basic mechanical and digital experience.
Must be able to analyze equipment data to recommend improvements to uptime, reduce cycle times, and resolve technical bottlenecks.
Previous manufacturing experience with automation responsibilities.
Must be able to configure, operate, and optimize multi-stage automated systems and CNC equipment for maximum line efficiency.
Must be able to perform and document repetitive TPM (total preventive maintenance) routines for automated systems and support maintenance with other tasks.
Ability to utilize production measuring equipment.
Continuous lifting of 5-25 lbs; Frequent lifting of 25-60 lbs; Occasional lifting of 60+ lbs. Must be able to walk, stand, and/or lift repetitively during shift.
High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED, Secondary School Diploma, etc.).
Familiarity with basic lean principles - 5S and RPS (basic tools).
Proven ability to execute TPM routines and document compliance.
1+ years experience in manufacturing environment/warehouse setting working on automated systems.
Experience with MES and ERP systems in a production environment.
Ability to work independently and solve complex technical issues.
Welding experience.
Robotic experience.
