Occasional travel to sites throughout Upstate New York may be required.
Assist with report research, writing, and setup.
Maintain records, collections and files related to specific projects.
Support public outreach initiatives, including preparing meeting materials, meeting attendance and note taking, and preparation of public facing communications.
Work alongside transportation, environmental planning, and urban design professionals for a wide range of projects in New York and Connecticut.
Provide mapping, visualization, and document design support.
Assist with projects related to Brownfield Redevelopment, Transportation Planning, Master Planning, Urban Development, Land Use, and Resiliency Planning.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Community, Regional or Urban Planning or a related field from an accredited university.
Must be able to work in a high-paced environment.
A valid driver's license and good driving record required.

Basic ArcGIS and Microsoft Suite skills required.
Possess solid problem-solving skills.
Previous internship experience a plus.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required.
Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign) skills preferred.
