The Team Assistant role supports executives and the broader leadership team within the Funds Management Group, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and contributing to a high‑performance culture through proactive administrative assistance.
- Provide complex diary management, coordinate meetings (including video conferencing and catering), and arrange travel per company policy.
- Coordinate projects and investor‑related activities for the Head of Institutional Capital, ensuring communication, timely deliverables, and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with expense reconciliations, invoice approvals, and prepare documents such as agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports.
- Facilitate onboarding of new starters and support logistics for team events, training sessions, and external conferences.
- Serve as point of contact during team members' absence, manage incoming calls, and liaise with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Funds Admin team to manage workloads, improve efficiencies, and support key deliverables and projects.

Ideal candidates have at least a Higher School Certificate, with further business or administration education viewed favorably.
