Description

The role supports day-to-day operations of the parking system, including drafting and editing reports and presentations, and communicating with internal departments by phone and email. It ensures implementation of parking policies and oversees all aspects of daily parking and transportation activities to maintain compliance with rules and regulations.

The incumbent manages the issuance, programming, activation, deactivation and replacement of complimentary and VIP parking cards in coordination with the line manager, Asset Management and HR Membership. They maintain trackers for tenant and staff violations, handle manual operation of barriers when system errors occur, and prepare weekly and monthly reports on card activity and parking status.

• Support daily parking system operations and produce/edit reports and presentations.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments via phone and email.
• Implement parking policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee all facets of parking and transportation unit daily activities.
• Manage issuance, programming, activation, deactivation, and replacement of parking and VIP access cards.
• Coordinate card processes with line manager, Asset Management and HR Membership.
• Maintain trackers for tenant and staff parking violations.
• Manually operate barriers when automated systems fail.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on card issuance, modifications, blocks, and damages.
• Monitor and uphold customer service and quality control standards.
• Follow DWTC policies and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and use initiative.
• Work collaboratively as a team member and assist in various areas as needed.

Requirements

The position requires strong initiative, organization and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Excellent telephone etiquette, a flexible and helpful attitude, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software is expected.

A high‑school diploma is required, together with at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable using MS Office, PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
