The role supports day-to-day operations of the parking system, including drafting and editing reports and presentations, and communicating with internal departments by phone and email. It ensures implementation of parking policies and oversees all aspects of daily parking and transportation activities to maintain compliance with rules and regulations.
The incumbent manages the issuance, programming, activation, deactivation and replacement of complimentary and VIP parking cards in coordination with the line manager, Asset Management and HR Membership. They maintain trackers for tenant and staff violations, handle manual operation of barriers when system errors occur, and prepare weekly and monthly reports on card activity and parking status.
The position requires strong initiative, organization and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Excellent telephone etiquette, a flexible and helpful attitude, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentation software is expected.
A high‑school diploma is required, together with at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable using MS Office, PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
