Repair Technician: Roofing*

Description

• Perform repairs on roofing, siding, and gutters as defined in project scopes.
• Serve as the primary contact for homeowners before, during, and after projects.
• Estimate materials and labor required for each job.
• Prepare and collect invoices upon job completion.
• Respond to after‑hours emergency calls on a rotating schedule.
• Identify additional repair opportunities such as gutters or windows.
• Follow all safety procedures and work safely at elevated heights.
• Work two Saturdays per month during the March‑November peak season.

Requirements

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and be able to lift and carry up to 50 lb.
• Safely climb ladders and work on roofs; military service is a plus.

• Earn $18‑$30 hourly, commensurate with experience, plus commission options.
