Advanced commercial and financial acumen, with expertise in CAPEX/OPEX modelling, contract structures, and revenue mechanisms such as CfDs and CPPAs.
A track record of building and guiding multidisciplinary teams within complex or matrix organisations, fostering a culture of openness, learning and shared success.
Extensive experience in the commercial management of large-scale, debt-financed infrastructure or renewable projects, ideally with offshore and international exposure.
Demonstrated experience in joint venture arrangements, MSAs, and crossing agreement negotiations, with the ability to identify value opportunities and manage risk through each project stage.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders and simplify complex information to support clear decision-making.
