What you would be doing

Performs a comprehensive physical inventory count and reconciles the actual count with ERP records to ensure alignment between recorded and tangible inventory.
Serves as a liaison between the Procurement Department and Operations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Manages warehouse inventory and generates purchase requisitions to replenish material.
Arranges and schedules material movements throughout the warehouse and designated service areas.
Engages Operations in bi-monthly operational planning sessions.
Collaborates with business partners in the formulation of solutions for shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies.
Communicates material forecast to Materials Management to assist in procurement planning processes.
Develops and implements construction replenishment schedules with Operations Manager.
Coordinates with Operations to ensure sufficient supply of materials to meet business requirements.

A minimum of one to three years of warehousing experience.
Maintains a clean driving record and ability to drive a forklift and company vehicles.
Possesses inventory management and planning skills adaptable to a construction environment.
Capable of working independently on assigned tasks while also being receptive to direction on given assignments.
Possesses robust time management and organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask.
Understanding and conceptualization of ERP/MRP systems and their applications.
High school diploma required, while an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
Experience in logistics is advantageous.
Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
