Concrete Foreman

Description

• Adhere to and strictly enforce all safety protocols and procedures including wearing appropriate safety equipment and using excellent safety practices while visiting job site per CTI policies, OSHA, and Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in an organized and clean manner.
• Work with team, clients/owners, and inspectors in a professional and friendly manner and relay a positive attitude toward coworkers, vendors and clients.
• Oversee field operations to ensure crew is operating efficiently and effectively.
• Process respective administrative duties in a timely fashion.
• Complete projects in strict accordance to plans and specifications and maintain a production schedule for 3 working days.
• Layout, plan, communicate, organize, and direct assigned team members in all aspects of commercial concrete work.
• Coordinate work daily with Commercial Operations Manager, Project Managers, General Contractors, field staff, and other personnel, as needed.

Requirements

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills among field crews and capable of instilling positive attitudes.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of concrete foundation and survey supervisory experience required.
• Able to maintain a high level of work quality.
• Must pass post conditional offer of employment physical.
• Proficiently read and understand construction plans and other related documents.
• Posses excellent time management skills. Able to work well under time constraints and respond positively to change.
• Valid driver license and insurable Motor Vehicle Record required.
