Oversee field operations to ensure crew is operating efficiently and effectively.
Process respective administrative duties in a timely fashion.
Complete projects in strict accordance to plans and specifications and maintain a production schedule for 3 working days.
Layout, plan, communicate, organize, and direct assigned team members in all aspects of commercial concrete work.
Coordinate work daily with Commercial Operations Manager, Project Managers, General Contractors, field staff, and other personnel, as needed.
