As a High‑Level Engineer supporting the Pacific Southwest market, you will lead pre‑sales engineering, design, and estimation activities, perform value engineering and cost optimization, and verify design assumptions with sales and operations teams. The role involves interpreting engineering drawings, conducting technical risk analysis, engaging vendors and subcontractors to negotiate and finalize solutions, and preparing comprehensive techno‑commercial proposals for clients. You will also coordinate post‑sales documentation, enforce QA/QC policies, and support strategic account managers with bid responses and functional specifications.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of experience in design, pricing, and implementation of integrated systems projects, and proficiency in large‑project management, database connectivity, LAN protocols, and serial communications. Candidates must have a high level of expertise with access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, and CCTV products, strong oral and written communication skills, and high PC literacy; NICET Level III or higher is preferred.
