S., M.Eng., or PhD. Degree in environmental, civil, or chemical engineering or Pennsylvania Professional Geologist
Valid driver’s license without major violations.
Working knowledge of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and federal environmental regulations (RCRA, OPA, NPDES, ISRA, PA Act 2, PA WQM, NCP, CERCLA/TRRP, etc.)
15-30 years of environmental investigation, compliance or groundwater remediation consulting or design experience.
OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, including current annual refresher
Knowledge of Pennsylvania Act 2 Land Recycling Program
Have strong communications skills, both written and oral.
Experience managing and developing junior staff or project teams.
Technical project expertise in environmental investigations, remediation, and environmental compliance.
Experience managing project tasks (field and office) and subcontractors.
Experience interfacing with storm water design and SWPPP/SPCC preparation is beneficial but not required.
Prefer demonstrated work experience in any of the following areas: environmental compliance, soil and groundwater investigations, and design and implementation of in-situ remediation technologies.
Experience with large-scale database structures, procedures and management.

NJDEP Licensed Site Remediation Professional in good standing
Project management experience in budgeting, scheduling, procurement, coordination of teams of contractors, and client interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental or chemical engineering, geology, hydrogeology, or environmental science.
