Manages quality, budget, and schedule of responsible projects

Provides oversight for proper administration of construction project contracts and agreements; manages elements of risk and compliance appropriately

California Professional Engineer (PE) license required; or PE in another state with the ability to obtain CA Licensure within one year
BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering

Knowledge of construction management best practices and deliverables
Strong business development skills and successful track record for winning work
Demonstrated understanding of project financials and metrics
Willingness to travel
12-15 + years progressively responsible CM experience
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Project
Strong knowledge and understanding of contracts, agreements, and the administration of such documents and processes
