Collaborating with the wider People & Culture team and providing administrative support when required
Proactively sourcing talent through a range of channels to build strong candidate pools
Coordinating and delivering the full end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and keeping candidates engaged throughout
Managing all aspects of new hire onboarding, from preparing employment contracts to ensuring a seamless first-day experience
Conducting comprehensive pre-employment checks such as references, VEVO verification, medicals, licences, tickets, and qualification validation
Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies to support business needs
Identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and elevate the overall candidate experience

Previous experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment or labour hire, ideally within civil, construction, infrastructure, facilities maintenance, or similar operational industries
Outstanding time management and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
