Research and recommend solutions to drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, safety, budget, schedule, technical conflicts, quality control issues, and client and teammate satisfaction, along with input by the project management team
Resolve design conflicts with AE/Owner

Purchase permanent project materials

Experience with water/wastewater treatment and/or heavy industrial systems

Outstanding attention to detail and an ability to reduce down complex product offerings and communicate them effectively
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and safely maneuver around the nearby presence of various construction equipment and vehicles, on an active construction site
Able to bend, squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, balance, and stoop, reach on a regular basis
Exceptional public speaker and presenter
Able to climb temporary or permanent stairs, and ladders
Prepared to regularly encounter moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, and a variety of outside weather conditions
Proactive, self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, multi-tasker, creative and analytical
Experience with contract compliance and construction quality
Experience with project planning and scheduling, contracts, and project controls and procedures
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs
Log PO's, subcontracts, insurance certificates and correspondence
Prompt and accurate judgment abilities a must
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or other related degrees
Skill in the use of Windows based personal computers in application of Microsoft Office Professional
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
