Lead the planning, design and construction oversight of complex infrastructure projects from concept to delivery.
Collect, analyse and interpret project data to support decision making and deliver client-driven outcomes.
Conduct engineering inspections, interpret drawings/specifications and recommend remedial works when required.
Monitor and manage project execution to ensure quality, schedule and budget targets are met.
Mentor and support project teams, fostering innovation, process improvement and continuous learning.

Demonstrated design experience across a broad range of infrastructure projects
8–15 years of professional engineering experience, ideally working toward or holding CPEng certification.
Proven project delivery mindset – you thrive in delivering high quality, collaborative outcomes for clients and project teams alike.
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable using engineering tools and software.
Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary environments.
Excellent client-relationship capability, you build trusted partnerships and recognise opportunities to add value.
