Writes project briefs and light marketing copy as needed.
Manage day-to-day relationships with internal creative team and cross-functional partners across the firm.
Establish and communicate project deliverables and priorities to stakeholders as well as internal marketing/creative team to gain alignment on project scope and required resources.

7+ years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role is required. In-house marketing department or ad agency background is a plus. Commercial Real Estate industry experience is a strong plus.
Must have or will be expected to become knowledgeable about the general Commercial Real Estate industry including terminology.
Must have experience using a variety of marketing tools including both print and digital media, advertising, email, social media, marketing automation, project management, et al.
Must be able to manage projects from start to completion within the given timeframe.
Must have a positive, customer-focused demeanor, an eye for detail, precision and accuracy.
Excellent computer and internet skills are essential.
Has ability to work successfully within a high production volume environment.
