  • You're familiar with intelligent agent frameworks, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases, and understand how these tools can enhance decision-making in grid software applications.
  • Minimum cumulative or in-major 3.0/4.0 GPA.
  • You bring hands-on experience in developing machine learning models, including deep neural networks, graph neural networks, and time series forecasting—especially as applied to power system data and grid operations.
  • Experience with Simulation models for Power Systems
  • You thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments where innovation drives solutions to complex energy challenges.

  • Must be willing to work in an office located in Bellevue.
  • Currently enrolled in PhD/Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with thesis work in Electrical Engineering (Focus on Power System Operation)
  • Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
  • Strong Work/Academic background experience in electrical power systems with focus on Power System Operations (Transmission & Distribution)
  • You have foundational knowledge of power system concepts such as load forecasting, state estimation, fault detection, and grid stability, and can integrate these with AI/ML techniques to build smarter, more resilient energy systems.
  • Must commit to working full time (40 hrs/wk) during the internship in summer.
