The incumbent will create and update technical training materials such as presentations, manuals, e‑learning modules and job aids, ensuring alignment with product updates, safety standards and service requirements, and will standardize resources across product lines (loaders, haul trucks, drills, etc.).
Supporting the Technical Training Specialist, the creator will plan and deliver in‑class, virtual and hands‑on sessions, set up classrooms and equipment, provide technical demonstrations, and act as a resource for learners. They will also collect and analyse trainee feedback, maintain training records, and provide follow‑up support.
Additional duties include acting as a technical point of contact for new hires, coaching on equipment and processes, assisting supervisors with queries, conducting training‑needs analysis with managers and technical teams, monitoring emerging products and technology changes, and proposing new delivery methods such as simulators or microlearning.
