- Ensure data integrity through reconciliations, audits, and compliance checks.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track company performance against targets.
- Act as a liaison between operations, sales, service, and finance to ensure seamless data flow and operational alignment.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or system improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Lead the implementation of new software platforms (CRM, ERP, field service management, accounting systems) to streamline HVAC operations.
- Assist with job costing, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis for service contracts and projects.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for new systems and workflows.
- Consolidate data from multiple business units (installation, maintenance, service) and deliver segment-specific insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and adoption of new tools.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to leadership, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

- Familiarity with HVAC industry KPIs (maintenance revenue, installation margins, service efficiency).
- CPA or MBA preferred.
- Experience implementing or managing business software within a service-based environment.
- Excellent communication and training skills with cross-departmental collaboration experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, or field service management software (e.g., ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Project management experience and strong organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial reporting, business analysis, or system implementation—preferably in HVAC, construction, or a service-based industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
