General Maintenance Operative

Description

The successful applicant will join an established team within the Facilities Management department, supporting general maintenance activities across a portfolio of assets in Dublin City Centre.

We are seeking a General Maintenance Operative to join our central facilities management team. This individual shall be responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations and maintaining the facility to the highest possible standards. They will Perform preventive maintenance routines as guided by a maintenance calendar on the CAFM system.

• sPerform preventive maintenance routines as guided by a maintenance calendar on the CAFM system
• .Perform basic maintenance tasks, including minor repairs, planned maintenance and vendor escorting of the work environment
• sReporting any issues or concerns to the facilities manager and help in resolving these issues
• .Assisting with emergency response and evacuation procedure
• .Ensuring all facilities meet compliance standards and safety regulations
• e.Takes responsibility for his/her own health and safety and the safety of any person that may be affected by his/ her action
• .Ensure scheduled PPMs are performed and completed in a timely manner
• .Conducting regular inspections of the facility to identify operational issues and areas for improvement
• .Maintaining up to date records on the PPM’s on the CAFM system as tasks are completed
