Identify, manage, and resolve technical interfaces between structural, MEP, rail, and digital systems across delivery lots.
Maintain the project Interface Register and ensure Interface Revision Notes and Agreements are closed on schedule.
Serve as primary technical liaison between Parsons, NEOM Proponent teams, and third‑party contractors.
Review shop drawings and BIM models for spatial coordination and compliance with THE LINE design codes.
Anticipate integration risks and provide engineering solutions to meet aggressive delivery timelines.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years experience in large‑scale infrastructure, mega‑projects, or urban transit systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
Proven track record in Interface Management on $1B+ projects.
Proficiency with BIM (Revit/Navisworks) and Interface Management software.
Strong negotiation and diplomatic communication skills in multicultural environments.
