  • Demonstrable experience of recognised best practice, risk management techniques and management principles.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel extensively across the zone

  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility/versatility combined with initiative, drive and tenacity to deliver objectives.
  • A effective leader with highly developed skills regarding stakeholder engagement and experience of liaison and influence at all levels.
  • Proven experience in senior SHE leadership within large-scale infrastructure.
  • Collaborative, but able to challenge constructively when standards are not met.
