Role
Description
Identify and assess human factors risks affecting Station Control Centre operations
Coordinate testing schedules with internal and external stakeholders to minimise disruption
Apply quality assurance processes to ensure Station Control Centre compliance with specifications and standards
Maintain accurate records of test results and issues during testing and commissioning
Develop testing plans with internal/external teams to deliver AOR operational requirements
Work with quality teams to address and resolve deviations from standards
Support development of training programs for Station Group Control Centre operators
Prepare clear reports on testing progress and outcomes for AOR reporting
Identify system integration issues and collaborate with technical teams on resolutions
Deliver end-user training sessions and facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs
Represent AOR during Station Control Centre testing activities
Provide technical input to improve training materials and documentation
Contribute to integrated testing of Station Control Centre systems across project components
