Role Summary:The Head of Engineering will lead the detailed design function for water infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality technical delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance. This role combines engineering leadership with commercial oversight, including responsibility for project P&L, invoicing, and client interaction.

  • Manage project P&L, drive profitability, and support budget planning and control.
  • Oversee project invoicing cycles and ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Mentor and develop engineering teams across multiple project locations.
  • Lead and oversee detailed engineering design activities for water and wastewater projects.
  • Act as primary engineering contact for key clients; maintain strong working relationships.
  • Support proposal development and resource planning for upcoming opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
  • Demonstrated client management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
