What you would be doing

Structure joint ventures, equity partnerships, and capital stacks across diverse real estate projects.
Established network of institutional LPs, family offices, and JV partners.
Leverage existing investor relationships to deliver meaningful capital commitments (~$100M+ track record required).
Lead capital raising efforts targeting institutional investors, family offices, and strategic JV partners.
Represent our client in investor meetings, industry events, and capital introductions.
Serve as a senior leader within the firm, influencing strategic growth and capital strategy.
Partner closely with acquisitions and development teams to align capital structures with project needs.

What you bring

Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a lean, growth-oriented environment.
10+ years in capital raising, investment banking, private equity, or real estate capital markets.
Strong knowledge of real estate finance and capital structuring (JV, pref equity, waterfalls).
Proven ability to raise $100M+ in equity capital (cumulative) across institutional and private sources.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills; trusted reputation in the market.
