Prepare, review, and analyze tax, accounting and financially related data, reports and processes for ALLETE and its affiliates.
Provide leadership and technical expertise to due diligence teams, assisting in implementing business unit and corporate strategic initiatives.

Degree in accounting or finance strongly preferred, but an equivalent degree with applicable accounting course work may be considered.
Seven years or more progressively responsible job-related work experience required.
This position will report to Duluth, MN.Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills to establish and maintain relationships.
Equivalent experience that includes serving in a managerial/supervisory role may also be considered.
Certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or a Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration will be considered for up to one year of experience.
