Maintain truck logs according to state and federal regulations.
Perform or coordinate emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs and tire chains.
Prepare receipts for loads picked up and delivered.
Load and unload trucks and trailers.
Drive to and from specified locations.
Responsible for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and for proper maintenance of assigned vehicle.
Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive hauling or delivery instructions.

Ability to travel around the state as needed, including some overnight travel.

Valid Class A CDL.
