• Overseeing all on-site construction activities from ground-breaking to completion

• Maintaining accurate project documentation and progress reporting
• Coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
• Managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics

• Experience with Procore or similar project management software
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and complex schedules

Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 + Benefits + Per Diem + Company Truck
