- Experience as a project director and/or project manager on projects/programs with capital costs of >CAD$1,000,000.
- Experience in transit and freight rail engineering, including:
- Experience with AREMA-based heavy-rail signal design.
- Must specifically include knowledge of AREMA C&S Recommended Practices, CROR, and industry standards.
- Have experience developing and implementing successful business plans / strategies
- In depth knowledge of applicable laws, standards and regulations pertaining to railroad and transit signal systems and highway-rail grade crossing warning systems.
- 15+ years experience is preferred •Have staff management experience.
- Bilingual French and English speaking as a preference
- BA/BS + 12 YORE; all including a minimum of four years of leadership
- PMP or PEng or MBA or equivalent experience
