Senior Finance Analyst - General Accounting

Description

The position is Senior Finance Analyst – General Accounting within Client Finance, part of JLL Business Services, located on‑site in Gurugram. The role reports to the Client Accounting Services team and supports the general ledger month‑end close, cash management, audits and preparation of property financial statements.

• Manage the general ledger month‑end close, including accruals, funding, payments and variance analysis.
• Prepare timely and accurate monthly property financial statements and supporting schedules for the assigned portfolio.
• Perform cash management duties, reconcile bank statements, and follow up on outstanding checks monthly.
• Coordinate year‑end audit work, organize documentation and prepare supporting schedules.
• Conduct operational accounting activities such as profit & loss analysis, balance‑sheet overview, and maintain expertise in real‑estate accounting software.

Requirements

• Strong finance background; commerce graduate or post‑graduate/CA preferred.
• 3–5 years of operational/general‑ledger accounting experience; real‑estate accounting a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and analytical, detail‑oriented mindset.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles and work ethics.
