We seek candidates with a four‑year degree in Urban/Regional Planning or Civil Engineering, with professional registration or pursuit thereof, and demonstrated experience in transportation planning. Required competencies include strong written and oral communication, knowledge of planning policy frameworks, best‑practice guidelines, evaluation methods, and a creative, flexible problem‑solving attitude.
