Reporting to the Senior Finance Controller, the Finance Analyst will manage reporting, government and defense compliance, fixed‑asset accounting, forecasting, budgeting, product costing, new‑product cost management, and inventory oversight for JCB’s manufacturing facility in Pooler, GA. This is a full‑time, exempt position.
- Prepare month‑end management reports and cash‑flow statements.
- Manage fixed‑asset accounting and reporting.
- Develop and maintain the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Track and monitor budget expenditures throughout the year.
- Ensure compliance with government and defense regulations.
- Lead year‑end financial close activities.
- Perform product costing and warranty cost analysis.
- Control project costs and generate related reports.
- Oversee inventory management and reporting.
- Monitor intercompany balances and perform reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

The role is performed primarily in an office setting with occasional exposure to the manufacturing floor, which may involve noise and temperature variations. - Possess 5+ years of management reporting experience in manufacturing.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
