

Fully integrated rental housing firm developing, managing, acquiring and investing in multifamily communities
The Leasing Consultant (Ranger) drives marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. Key duties include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, preparing leases, and ensuring smooth move‑ins.
Additional responsibilities include off‑site marketing, analyzing market trends, handling lease enforcement, responding to resident concerns, maintaining property appearance, and generating reports. The role also supports lease renewal programs and resolves customer complaints.
Work hours are typically 40 hours per week with schedules that may include weekends: Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm, Saturday 10 am‑5 pm, and Sunday 1 pm‑5 pm. The position requires standing, walking, lifting up to 20 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and occasional local travel for errands and training.
Candidates need a high school diploma or GED; experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and computer skills—including proficiency with property‑management software such as Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite—are essential.
