  • Participer activement à la conception d'installations de manutention en vrac, de concassage, de procédés hydrométallurgiques, de concentrateurs incluant des procédés de flottation, lixiviation, filtration et le traitement des résidus.
  • Assurer la coordination multidisciplinaire pour établir les aménagements d’usine selon les standards et l’industrie et les bonnes pratiques établies chez nos clients;
  • Participer activement à la conception et l’élaboration des plans et devis d’équipements tels que broyeurs, tamis, convoyeurs, trémies, chutes de transferts, fours rotatifs, etc.
  • Influencer le plan d’exécution des projets « Brownfield » pour s’arrimer aux contraintes de chantier existantes et objectifs des projets.

  • Forte capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques;
  • Agir comme responsable mécanique sur les études et projets de moyenne et grande envergure, incluant la supervision directe d’ingénieurs, concepteurs et parties prenantes de l’équipe de projet;
  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, avec expérience reconnue dans l’industrie minière;
  • Expérience sur le terrain (inspection, troubleshooting, essais et mise en service), un atout;
  • Livrer l’ingénierie mécanique selon la portée établie, les heures estimées, les dates planifiées et la qualité attendue selon les standards de l’entreprise;
  • Grande habilité à motiver et mobiliser l’équipe mécanique;
  • Plus de 10 ans d’expérience, plus spécifiquement en transformation métallurgique, manutention en vrac, expérience en minéraux stratégiques (un atout);
  • Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule.
  • Agir comme mentor dans la grande équipe de mécanique industrielle;
  • Jusqu’à cinq (5) semaines de vacances selon le nombre d’années d’expérience
  • Habilité à travailler avec d’autres disciplines et influencer l’exécution des études et projets;
