- Prepare schematic site plans to illustrate site developability based on site constraints
- Research and collect site specific information to initiate the land development process
- Attend meetings with design/build professionals to understand project requirements
- Work with the team to value engineer sites
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date information and innovative solutions.
- Manage the entitlement/project approval process
- Prepare schematic site plan, grading & utility plans to best inform site planning effort for cost and constructability
- Review project design drawings to assist project management team
- Perform site investigative due diligence
- Assist with civil/site training for associates
- Produce colored renderings of land plans
- Meet with customers to review concept plans, discuss advantages to multiple approaches, and work to define direction of project with design/build contracting team

3+ years
- 4+ years of engineering and land planning experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of engineering and land planning, with a focus in the industrial asset class.
- AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Project and Excel
- Education: BS in Civil Engineering or other Engineering or Design discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus but not required. ARCO will support the pursuit of licensure
