Own the depot’s P&L and steer towards profitability and growth.
Plan and optimize operations for maximum equipment and operator utilization.
Manage sales activities: maintain client relationships, prepare tenders, and achieve revenue targets.
Drive SHEQ compliance and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Coach and develop your team, identify recruitment needs, and lead annual performance reviews.
Ensure equipment maintenance and compliance with local standards.
Lead and manage the Orlando depot with full responsibility for communication, organization, and performance.
Report to the Country/Business Unit Manager and collaborate with other Depot Managers and functional teams.

Familiarity with crane rental or specialized transport industry.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L.
Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
Experience with ERP systems and tender processes.
Experience in managing a Crane Depot.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in heavy lifting, construction, or industrial services.
Knowledge of SHEQ standards and compliance.
Ability to build client relationships and drive sales.
