Manage and troubleshoot software issues, including updates, patches, and licenses.
Develop and deploy reports, queries, material take-offs, etc.
Develops desktop instructions and procedures related to data management, data integration, data quality, automation planning, etc.
Apply knowledge of 3D, P&ID, etc. principles and practices to data integration with commercial-off-the- shelf, and Bechtel Standard Application Program software (i.e., SmartPlant, Tekla, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, analysis software, etc.)
Develop and enforce best practices for S3D usage, data standards, and workflows.
Collaborates with GBU Automation, Project Engineering, Functional Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Startup, IS&T, and Operations (as appropriate) on engineering-related automation issues.
Collaborate with IT teams for server maintenance, data backups, and system integrations.
Works with disciplines and departments to identify and integrate data.
Configure and maintain S3D software settings, user roles, and permissions.
Sets up software for use by disciplines and functions.
Collaborates with product vendors to select the appropriate software and licenses. Works well with other disciplines, functions, and customers.
Manages software inventory and licenses.

Competent in developing programs, scripts and routines using VB 6.0, .NET, etc programing languages
Conversant knowledge of data security.
Proficient with different data flow, data analysis and information management techniques
Experience with Bechtel Software Application Programs.

Experience working with disciplines to maintain software versions and lists to ensure appropriate software is used.
Must be a US citizen.
Proficient integrating/interfacing data between disparate systems and various data types (e.g., structured, unstructured, documents, etc.)
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in Engineering, IT, or related field and 8-10 years of relevant experience and/or 10-12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in S3D software administration and configuration Significant Engineering, Construction, Project Controls, Procurement, Automation, or Information Systems experience with a passion for implementing new and innovative work processes.
Experience working in a regulated (e.g., ASME NQA-1) environment.
Experience with industry-wide database systems such as Access, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Experience with Building Information Modeling or Virtual Design and Construction.
