NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualifications
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities across clients and partner organisations and able to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clients.
Sustainability (e.g. Carbon Literacy).
Familiarity with sustainability and application to projects / programmes.
Soft skills / leadership certification.
Chartered status with the APM, ICE, or an equivalent professional institution.
Significant experience managing multiple disciplines / teams / advisors / clients on infrastructure projects/programmes across the lifecycle, ideally across sectors and clients. Proven and demonstrable success, and able to challenge / set strategy.
Experience of complex and multiple forms of procurement and managing NEC / other form contracts.
Creative, curious and growth mindset, and acts as a role model.
High level of commercial management including complex commercial arrangements
Experience of utilities/water infrastructure project and / or programme management, including end to end lifecycle experience or specialism in development or delivery stages.
Experience of working and reporting in complex stakeholder and regulatory environments
Experience of consultancy and/or client-side project management.
Ability to anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions, innovating as necessary, through your depth of understanding of stakeholder needs. Can do this sustainably.
Excellent leadership skills, capable of setting high standards and managing performance against these, utilising people and resources efficiently to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations. Able to succeed in ambiguous and challenging environments.
CDM awareness
Able to use your leadership skills and influence to bring our purpose and vision to life, expanding your impact as you do.
Familiarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure.
Experience of building and leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects and programmes in differing environments, ideally multiple sectors.
CSCS / equivalent.
Degree level qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
NEC Accreditations or qualifications.
