At end of shift, run floor mats through the dish machine;
Maintain a safe environment, to include keeping floor dry and free of debris which
Empty and cleanse dish machine, clean filters;
Keep supervisor apprised of all changes in equipment performance and the need for
Sanitize all counters, racks and sinks;
Deliver carts to designated areas at noon meal;
Pick up hot bottoms and lids, wash and put away;
Maintain hand and working surface sanitation at all times, according to specifications
Maintain neat and orderly appearance with clean uniform at beginning of each job
Refill coffee dispensers and condiments as necessary;
Attend mandatory meetings;
Wash dishes left from night shift and proceed with dishes from other meals;
Set up dish machine for use;
Monitor dish machine temperatures and report if unsatisfactory;
